Lily Allen and Dizzee Rascal, two of the undoubted festival highlights of the summer have announced co headline UK arena dates at Manchester MEN Arena on March 5th and London The O2 Arena on March 7th 2010. Lily Allen whose current album 'It's Not Me, Its You' has sold 1.5 million copies and features singles 'Not Fair', '22' and Number 1 hit 'The Fear'.
